A little better. I was able to reduce my calories yesterday to 950 for the day and get some outside work done at my moms. Unfortunately nothing really got done here at home and I didn't work out either.
99.1 kg Lost so far: 25.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Pretty low for a guy. Mine go there a lot. Make sure you are eating nutrient dense food. Nice slope on your weight graph BTW
