Hello buddies, I am still on track I have lose .3 with watching my carb intake and a little exercise. I want so bad to exercise more but I will pay for it the next day with pain in my back.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

What exercise are you doing? find something you can do without back pain. The back pain may subside as you build the stomach muscles. Good Luck!
