I had reduced my calories just a little, maybe 150 per day.

I think the biggest thing is, I haven't been snacking (much) after work/before bed.

We'll see how long I can keep that up :-}
99.1 kg Lost so far: 25.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I still nibble at night but grab veggies like carrots or snap peas ....

I was eating between 1400-1500 calories per day and now the average of the last 8 week days is 1253 calories per day....... The average for the last 3 weekends (6 days) was 1026 calories per day with 4 days below 1000 calories. ......... As for after work/before bed snacking, I have found that a little lettuce and a couple bottles of water can go a long way when you are hungry, just don't like climbing the stairs in the middle of the night to get rid of the water ;-}
