Usually for me this is caused with the scale being on an uneven surface or batteries being low (well sometimes I may have food binged but we do not talk about that ....)

Well I can see where that would indeed be frustrating. I can understand the irritation at the scale going up and down without explanation. I agree with liv001, I would change your batteries in the scale ⚖️, clean the little feet pads of the scale (the lil silver sensors) to make sure that they are not dirty, and check to make sure that the scale is on a flat clean surface just to be sure that that's not impacting the result of the weigh-in. But if you haven't changed your diet and there's no easy explanations he could be as something as simple as changes in sleep, stress, testosterone changes up or down. In addition illness will play parts as well inflammation, body recomp such as you've been exercising you lose fat out of your body your cells filled with water eventually those cells shed the water will slowly reduce in size etc. (it's a complicated process I don't pretend to understand it but it can cause weight gaining weight loss etc.) If you haven't changed anything significant I would just play it by ear and wait it should resolve over time. Keep at it your doing great 😃👍
