I had a blood draw on Feb. 7th and got results.
Japan trip made my cholesterol number jumped up.

HDL 120mg/dL(112mg/dL on Oct 31, 2023)
LDL 167mg/dL (118mg/dL on Oct 31, 2023)
Triglycerides 68mg/dL (52mg/dL on Oct. 31, 2023)
Chol/HDL ratio 2.5 <5.0 (2.2 <5.0 on Oct. 31, 2023)

I check every 3~4 months and adjust my health life.
Will see next time.
