I got rid of 5 pounds of the 7 pounds I gained last week!!!!!!

Healthy eating and moving do make a difference! I've been having green smoothies every morning and salads for lunch. I'm limiting myself to 1 cup of fruit every day, and I'm also trying new things like kale chips and snap peas. I'm also working out every afternoon during my afternoon work break. I spent the whole weekend dancing. Man, do my legs hurt. It seems to be worth it!!

Yay!!!!! I was so bummed last week. I'm happy I have time to work out now! I was taking it easy on working out since I'd been out of commission for months, but it still hurts even though I was only doing 15 minutes a day during the work week.

I feel like the week was successful. I think today will be my rest day. :)
69.9 kg Lost so far: 33.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
