Seems lots of water helps flush out the salt. But I feel like I’m waterlogged.
67.1 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I use a blend of KCl potassium chloride and NaCl sodium chloride. Check with your doctor. This lowers blood pressure and the potassium salt helps the kidneys get rid of excess sodium.
