Didn’t get to eat just fruit yesterday to offset the overnight gain but kept drinking lots of water even when I didn’t want it. It helped.
67.2 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
