I lost 3 inches off each area of my mid-section and I am noticing a big difference. Kind of bummed that I forgot to take Before pictures, but I guess I can do that today as I am still at the start of my journey, though I've already lost over 12lbs.
85.6 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
