Down 6.4 lbs this month, pretty happy with that. Was hoping for a bit more, but an average of 1.5 lbs a week is good. I don't think I executed my plan well enough this month to earn 2lb a week losses. Feeling a bit more energetic, I've noticed myself walking at a faster pace. Had a hard time falling asleep the last couple nights, lots of coughing. Still have lingering COVID cough from when I got sick last month. Going to take cough medicine before bed tonight.
100.3 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
