OMG!!! followed lchf diet to the book which resulted in a loss of one kilo. super happy. finally away from the 100 kg mark .
98.9 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulations - If everyone could stay away from Sugar and Processed Food they too would see the weight drop off - I am using Intermittent fasting to try and do a real Caveman way of eating to help with cravings and overeating the good food
