OK so there must be this phenomenon where you gain 5 then lose ten in a week in a half! Lol! Its the same scale so I'm at a loss for understanding what's going on with my body, oh well I'll take it. I hope everyone is having a good day 😇

I went to the doc 2 weeks ago and he said everything including blood sugar fast for the 12 hours was completely normal. So I'm not really sure except maybe lots of water retention??? But hopefully next Saturday weigh in is normal! Oh and congrats on reaching your goal
