Interesting I was able to drop quickly after the gain. Usually takes a week or two. I ate mostly fruit yesterday. Maybe I’ll try that for now on when I have an overnight gain.
67.0 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
