How many times do I need to prove to myself that tracking works.
74.0 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am the same. My long term relationship with food and eating requires me to track in order to be honest with myself. It really is the only thing that has consistently been effective. But *whew* is it challenging!
