still hanging in there. I'm not following any specific diet. Since I'm still kind of sick i really don't feel like eating anything and some food I can't keep down except i did eat some rice and chicken broth and saltine crackers with butter which tasted good and stayed down, but I can't make a habit of that, it would be very fattening for me. My BF is flying in today and she likes to eat out alot and also always has high calorie high carb and she always says to me, "one won't hurt you" and "you don't need to loose any weight" I need to stay STRONG for ME and resist temptation. I am way over what I feel is comfortable for me. So I NEED to do this for ME! Maybe I'll stay it 10 pounds at a time, I need to figure how to switch my goals so it will be in 10# increments. My weight ticker stopped working for some reason, so I change that at my Signature once in awhile.
