Well I gave up for a while. I got down to my goal weight and then slacked off. I slowly gained the weight back and held it there. Now that I’m working from home I have packed on some more pounds. I’m back at my starting base weight I was at a couple years back. It’s only going to go down from here!
109.9 kg Lost so far: 0.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I totally get that. 3 years ago, I lost all but the 4 lbs toward my goal, that I set out for myself. I was working in a job with a lot of toxicity and management too spineless to change things, so I quit. Even though I eat relatively healthy, I've watch the scale creep up to the weight I started with. Very frustrating.
