First official weigh in of 2024. The photo is my weight ins throughout the year, my “Holiday Bulk”, body composition (according to the scale), and workout consistency for December. Eat something good, train hard, and don’t forget to stay hydrated, friends!
78.0 kg Lost so far: 30.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
