So yesterday physical exercise involved the unloading and packing of 500 bricks. And physically carrying 260 bricks over a 20m area back and forth. All in the spirit of repaving the backyard. 💪 I believe this was equivalent to quite a gym workout.😅
143.7 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 43.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
