Not found. 1000 calories great macros. Chronic inflammation is a monster. I didn’t eat 1 Christmas cookie or cake. I’ll get my ankle brace hopefully next month and start walking a mile a day again.
85.1 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've got Auto immune issues with inflammation. I had to drop almost all carbs. It really helped me. I still have swellings in my hands at night sometimes. I hope you feel better. It's frustrating when you feel your doing everything perfectly.

@jenjabba I’ve dropped almost all carbs avd sufar. All processed foods too. Still not helping, but I will keep trying! Thanks for the support!
