Whew! Made it!!

Encouraging start to 2024. So much to do!!!! Come on '24!!!!

My New Year wish for all of us. Love,Hope,and some measure of Calm and sprinkled Happiness ...oh yeah...and heaps of Courage to wade through all these days. These times that need all we can do.

69.4 kg Lost so far: 41.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
