Had my follow up today and the blood clot is gone in my leg!!! So happy 😊 Tomorrow I see if I can get this boot off. Woohoo 🤘

67.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg. Still to go: 5.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.6 kg a Week
