I have discovered in the last couple of weeks that a bit lower carbs and a bit higher protein has reduced my appetite by quite a noticeable amount, in my case at least. It’s a nice change, not walking around ravenous all the time. And one I didn’t expect! 🤷‍♀️ I’ll take it.
