Happy, happy, happy my efforts are showing up on the scale. I worked out in the pool today and felt great! I'm taking one day at a time and doing whatever I can to keep up my exercises.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
