I ate Miso soup last night and it was loaded with salt. But the soup was so good!!
95.7 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You're doing a good job, keep it up! That's something I haven't been successful with yet - cutting back on salt. And I need to.
