Still fighting late night cravings and gaining some control, but I haven't won the fight yet.

I know I should grab a water instead of food, but I only remember it as I'm washing down what I just ate.

102.2 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.3 kg a Week

It takes time for our bodies to adjust. You will do it. The first part is recognition and you are there.
