Okay, so intentional, healthy stabilizing is much harder than I expected. And I underestimated the psychological element of anxiousness about eating more. I’ve been doing it, but too slowly. That said, splurged on an Apple Watch and discovered that FS significantly underestimates calories burned swimming…so at least I have some other explanation as to why I’m still losing.

GAMEPLAN: Move to 5x 1 hr swim/week instead of 6; walk back and forth to the pool 3x weekly instead of 4x average; stick around 1450 - 1475 calories/day this week to see the cardio decrease has the desired impact and then adjust calories again if required.

HEALTHY MOMENT OF GRATITUDE: My Christmas decorated condo looks like Candyland exploded and I love it! As a recovering food addict, feeling no guilt about enjoying holiday treats in moderation and having it sitting out in bowls and as decorations without eating everything in sight, or at minimum, longing for it constantly, feels amazing. In control, not depriving but also not overwhelmed with temptation and just enjoying my festive surroundings 🥰
62.8 kg Lost so far: 112.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

great plan. are you doing any weight lifting or just swimming? I love my swimming but need to build more muscle for longevity.

Hi Jennjaba - Thanks 😊 Yes, I strength train 5x a week and will keep that going for sure. Was a game changer for me with regards to body composition and burning calories efficiently. Highly recommend 💪

I'm finding maintenance to be hard, but I'm determined to do it. We love to cross country ski and hike, and every pound I put on is one more pound I have to haul uphill. You got this! 👍
