While woke up at 1 on the in the morning with Charlie horse in my legs really bad. It was awful but I did get back to sleep. That doesn't mean I won't go to gym today but I will not work the dog. I am a little upset about my weight up/down but I know it most likely just water weight. So I shouldn't worry too much. Just take one day at a time. I be back later tonight to let you know how my day went
Well I am back, I really don't think I did that of today to bad choice today with out exercise not good. Well tomorrow will be better.
107.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 54.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are you measuring yourself sweetie that's what I do.. or I would find something that you would like to be able to wear but cant just yet... I did this and now Im in the jeans now.. and the next size down too...so when that scale lies and they do.. take your measurements see if you lost in inches or that clothing that you couldn't wear but can wear now that in itself wont lie to you about your going in the right direction:)

They say taking magnesium helps with muscle cramps at night - may be worth a shot!
