Lots of salty food so my weight is up a couple of pounds. Maybe on official weigh in on Wednesday I will be back down. I think I ate ok just lots of fatty tidbits.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
