Boo…boo. I rode my bike almost 40 miles since Wednesday and I’m gaining. It always seems to take a few days after I bike that I start to lose weight
53.5 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
