I had house guests for a week and did okay. They left Thursday and then I ate whatever this weekend. Disappointed with myself after working so hard to lose some weight. I cannot do this since I gain weight so easily. I know better. Time to get back to my normal routine with some control.
70.5 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
