No surprises here. It has been a couple of weeks of bad habits, over-indulgence, and just generally not doing the things I need to do to support my goals. Slipping into old habits again. But at least I know why things are regressing, and how to correct it…although, knowing and doing are two different things. It is time to buckle down and get back after it! The focus for the next little while is going to be on adherence and consistency. Eat something good and don’t forget to stay hydrated, friends!
