I had a a week and a half of going out lunches and dinners, visiting with friends and relatives and not tracking my food intake very much. I did however, make an effort to choose wisely, notice when i was satisfied, not full and limited deserts. I'm happy with how all of that went and hope to keep the same attitude throughout the Thanksgiving holiday. Wishing everyone great holidays too.
84.3 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
