starting to feel a bit better. Lowering my calories over the weekend made me feel a bit light headed. My body had to adjust. Now I just need to figure out a way to stay motivated to exercise.
73.7 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
