Weighing in a couple days late. I didn't get home until yesterday after being away for Thanksgiving. I did survive. My goal was to be a lot better than I was and to exercise. I failed both. BUT by some miracle I've only gained 1/2 pound.

It is not a good way to start another challenge (Healthy Habits for a Lifetime) today NEGATIVE. But I've finished 8 weeks of a Thanksgiving challenge (Compliment Worthy by the Holidays) which I believe ends at the US Thanksgiving Holiday... that one is going good and no more stress about Thanksgiving since it's history for a year. BUT I still have my trip leaving Dec 20th. Thats why I joined another challenge PLUS even if I gained one good healthy habit for life it would be worth it.
67.4 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

i thought i would die after thanksgiving. I'm glad to see that you survived too!! you still have some time before your trip at the end of december. enough time to make new healthy habit and melt those pounds. I know you can! you should really go see somebody for your neck, if it's sore don't wait. you'll feel so good after a massage!!

I wish I could hang onto some of my good good habits. It really bothers me when I get started strong and fall off the wagon...Have a great day and wonderful news on the low gain post thanksgiving...may I be so lucky in November.
