Thanks Foody! About to be weighed at the weight loss clinic. So I’ll get a post-breakfast, regular-clothes weight. Hope the difference won’t be too big! Wanna keep my doc happy.

The weight at the clinic was just a half pound more than at home, and exactly 3 lbs lower than the previous month’s weigh-in. The doc was happy. 😀
