I started creatine last week, so this morning I held my breath when stepping on the scale. Creatine is notorious for causing ~5 lb gains in water weight. It levels out after a few weeks, but I've worked so hard getting it off, I was mortified. I lucked out and was only up 2/10 of a pound. Whew!! But any gain is scary, for sure. Better luck next week! ❤️
