I'm proud of myself 😎, I celebrated my birthday yesterday and didn't over eat. I made nachos for dinner. Weighed everything. For dessert I had red velvet cheesecake. I stayed within my calories.
74.3 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
