At weigh-in on the 7th, i had actually GAINED! seems when I went to the gym on the 6th and beat myself up with a new beginner workout program my body responded with lactic acid (sore muscles), water retention and weight gain!
now I'm back on track and just a bit sore for that experience.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
