Greetings all!!! It's been 46 days since my last weigh-in. Maintenance has been going well using FS to track my food intake and my activity watch to gauge my calorie burn. CICO, I'm still working on a flatter stomach and seeing some progress. I'll be 71 this weekend and think I can still improve.
The most interesting event lately, metric-wise was that my scale software was updated by the manufacturer. I had made some tweaks in my profile that finally took effect. I had tried to adjust my height downward because I have shrunken over the years due to my age. I now believe my body fat assessment according to my scale is closer to accurate. The change sent my body fat upward by about +2%. It makes sense to me and has sparked recent progress.
Let's be honest with ourselves and keep going forward!!!
