I'm binge eating and don't know why

89.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg. Still to go: 23.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

I do that sometimes and don't know why either. Just have to try and control the urge when it hits.
