Look at your chart, your losing great. It's a slow decline downward. The scale can fluctuate hourly because of water weight. If you eat too much sodium one day, you can be up a couple pounds in water weight. Sore muscles can retain water to help them heal and that can show on the scale as no loss, small loss or even a gain. Many other things can factor in to water weight, so it can actually be good if you only weigh once or twice a week. As long as your have a downward trend on your chart, your doing well.
