I have been out of town for the past two weeks. I have been just eating what ever. We will see once we get back im the scale on saturday

Im so bloated, when I was younger I didn't have any symptoms to go along with flow it was just her. But now my back aches, stomach and leg cramps, Im irratated. It really is crazy I wouldn't dare get on that scale like this. Hoping for this to pass soon so Im back to my normal self.

Well, today I said fuck the diet, I ate everything I have been craving, from pizza to chinese food. I call it my vacation day. I'll be back in the office tommorrow, everyone have a great weekend!
