Not really much to say about a 0.1 lb fluctuation…so instead, perhaps you can glean something positive from the words of Country Music’s Tim McGraw:

“- Don’t chase “fast food fitness”…jumping into the hardest, most intense or complex new thing that promises an instant fix or overnight transformation. Just like fast food comes with a price, so does that approach.

- Practice acceptance: Look yourself in the eye, accept where you are starting from today, and give those thoughts of how you used to be or what else you could be doing right now over to some imaginary keeper for a while. Tell them you’ll come back to them later. “

These seem like good practices to me! Eat well, train hard, and don’t forget to stay hydrated, friends!
