Dinner: Salad 🥗, Natto, Chicken soft bones, Stewed pork, shimeji, kimuchi, kabocha pumpkin 🎃, Apple 🍎, Nuts 🥜
45 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
