Breakfast: 1 piece of bite size chocolate 🍫, soybean bread with peanut 🥜 butter

Lunch: Smoke cheese 🧀, Stewed pork+shimeji mushrooms 🍄+onion+kimuchi+Japanese kabocha pumpkin 🎃, Tofu, Natto, Japanese pear 🍐

Dinner: Koya-tofu with miso soup
45 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
