Did you track all your food honestly? Did you drink your water? Did you get enough protein? Did you have too much sodium? Did you have some bites, licks and tastes? Did you get some activity in? Did you follow the plan as written? Do your clothes feel more loose? Losing weight takes a lot of time and patience. Go over your diet journal and see where you can make improvements. Gains happen.
