Breakfast: Egg 🍳, Greek yogurt

Lunch: Soy milk 🥛, PB

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Natto, Sautéed Japanese pumpkin, shimeji mushrooms, ground beef

If you have a chance to come to Los Angeles area, drive up to City of Gardena and visit Meiji Tofu. Their soy milk is superb. This is the best of best! Once you taste it, you will think what was the soy milk you taste before.
44.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
