Breakfast:Soybeans bread + Peanut butter, Greek yogurt, Coffee jelly

Lunch: Super firm tofu

Dinner: at Market Broiler Grill (I put lots of pics)
45.1 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.9 kg a Week
