Lunch: Greek yogurt, Chicken soup

Dinner: Salad 🥗, Chicken breast, Brie cheese, Natto, Apple 🍎 and Nuts 🥜
44.8 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
