So I'm definitely happy with the progress that has been happening recently. Knowing that I can have a big breakfast makes me happy (I'm STARVING in the mornings and can eat like a king!). And then if I feel hungry at night, I just tell myself ok....morning is close..just wait until morning. There's no point in eating now if I can have a big breakfast in T - 8 hours! Does this work for anyone else?
73.8 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I haven't tried that but way to go on the loss. I have a hard time eating breakfast but eat more during the day/evening.

thank u for the support everyone! I know it's hard when you are working out. It helps to have protein shakes with water too if you get really hungry at night Hope that helps :)
